In these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the tab66 website, services, games, and all associated digital products accessible at tab66.win.
• "Member" / "User" means any individual who has created a registered account on the tab66 Platform.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Member on tab66, inclusive of the associated MYR wallet balance.
• "Games" means all casino games, live dealer games, sports betting markets, slot titles, lottery products, and any other wagering products made available on tab66.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free spins, or other non-cash promotional value credited to a Member's account by tab66.
• "Real Money Funds" means Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) deposited by the Member from their own personal payment method.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus Fund amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.

By registering an account with tab66, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with any additional rules, game-specific terms, and promotional terms that tab66 may publish from time to time. These additional terms are incorporated herein by reference.

If you are accessing tab66 on behalf of another individual, you warrant that you have the legal authority to bind that individual to these Terms, and you accept personal liability for their compliance.

tab66 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

To be eligible to register and maintain an account with tab66, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during use of the Platform;
• Be a natural person (corporate accounts are not permitted);
• Provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, and valid contact details;
• Not be a resident of, or accessing tab66 from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
• Not be a current employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of tab66 or any of its associated companies, nor a close family member of any such person;
• Not be subject to any self-exclusion arrangement, whether imposed by tab66 or by any other gaming operator or regulatory authority;
• Have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

tab66 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (including but not limited to a valid MyKad, passport, or proof of address) at any time. Failure to provide such documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and/or withholding of withdrawal requests pending verification.

Each Member is permitted to hold one (1) tab66 account only. The operation of duplicate, multiple, or secondary accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, tab66 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any pending withdrawals or bonus balances.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tab66 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. tab66 will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

You agree to notify tab66 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. tab66 may, at its discretion, temporarily suspend your account pending investigation of a suspected security breach.

tab66 accounts are personal and non-transferable. Accounts may not be sold, gifted, or otherwise transferred to another individual.

All deposits and withdrawals on tab66 are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). tab66 accepts deposits via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, and Visa/Mastercard, subject to availability.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, or to a verified payment method registered in the Member's name. tab66 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

tab66 reserves the right to carry out Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures before processing any withdrawal. Members must provide any requested identity documents promptly. tab66 will not be liable for any delays caused by a Member's failure to comply with KYC requirements.

tab66 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal requests where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. Any funds determined to have been obtained through fraud, bonus abuse, or other prohibited conduct may be voided and forfeited.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the cashier section of the Platform at the time of transaction. tab66 reserves the right to modify these limits at any time.

tab66 offers various promotions and bonuses to Members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions of the applicable promotion, which are published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

Unless otherwise specified in the applicable promotion terms:

• Bonus Funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement before withdrawal is permitted;
• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address;
• tab66 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice;
• Bonus Funds may not be used on games that are excluded from wagering contribution calculations — the applicable game exclusions are listed in the relevant promotion terms;
• tab66 reserves the right to void and forfeit any bonus or bonus-derived winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation, or collusive behaviour.

Any attempt to exploit bonus structures — including but not limited to matched betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, coordinated play with other accounts, or the use of automated software — will be treated as a material breach of these Terms.

All games and betting products available on tab66 are subject to their individual game rules, which are accessible within each respective game or product interface. Members are responsible for familiarising themselves with applicable game rules before placing wagers.

tab66 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all digital casino games. Live dealer games are conducted by human dealers via live video stream from certified studio facilities. All outcomes are independently audited for fairness.

In the event of a technical malfunction, network failure, or disconnection during gameplay, tab66 will endeavour to restore game states where technically possible. Where restoration is not possible, tab66 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the Member's account balance. tab66's decision in such matters is final.

tab66 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds due to a technical or human error. Members who knowingly exploit such errors may have their accounts reviewed and suspended.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on tab66 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information during registration or at any subsequent time;
• Creating or operating more than one account;
• Using the Platform if under 21 years of age;
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with tab66 games or systems;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, or coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorised payment methods;
• Engaging in money laundering or any activity that may facilitate money laundering through the Platform;
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the Platform's software or security systems;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or offensive behaviour toward tab66 staff or other Members;
• Any other conduct that tab66 determines, in its sole discretion, to be harmful to the integrity of the Platform or its Members.

All content on the tab66 Platform, including but not limited to trademarks, service marks, logos, game graphics, software, source code, user interface design, and written content, is the proprietary property of tab66 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the tab66 Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, copy, publish, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without tab66's prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tab66 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.

tab66's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

tab66 makes no warranty that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

tab66 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

tab66 will not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their independent marketing purposes. Data may be shared with regulated third-party service providers (payment processors, KYC verification services, fraud detection providers) as necessary to operate the Platform and comply with legal obligations.

tab66 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all Members:

• Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits;
• Session time reminders and reality check notifications;
• Temporary cooling-off periods;
• Self-exclusion (from 24 hours to permanent exclusion).

Self-exclusion requests made by a Member are binding and irrevocable for the duration of the selected exclusion period. tab66 will take all reasonable steps to prevent a self-excluded Member from accessing the Platform during their exclusion period. However, tab66 cannot guarantee exclusion if the Member circumvents these measures (e.g., by registering a new account). Doing so during a self-exclusion period constitutes a breach of these Terms.

tab66 reserves the right to impose responsible gaming restrictions on any account where there are indicators of problem gambling behaviour, without prior notice to the Member.

tab66 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at any time and without prior notice where tab66 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Member has breached these Terms or any applicable laws or regulations;
• The account has been used for fraudulent, collusive, or money-laundering activity;
• The Member has provided false identity or age information;
• The Member is under 21 years of age;
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the security or integrity of the Platform.

Members may close their account voluntarily at any time by contacting tab66 support. Upon closure, any verified Real Money Funds remaining in the account will be returned to the Member's registered payment method, subject to completion of applicable KYC and AML checks. Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon account closure.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under tab66's international gaming authority license jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through tab66's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to the relevant dispute resolution body designated by the applicable licensing authority.

Nothing in this clause shall limit tab66's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any appropriate jurisdiction.

tab66 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Members via email notification to the registered email address and/or by prominent notice on the Platform. The updated Terms will take effect from the date published unless otherwise stated.

Your continued use of the tab66 Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.
